DESCRIPTION
The Enterprise Support Associate serves as the frontline liaison between the company and its business clients. The role ensures professional handling of technical, billing, account, and onboarding matters related to our high-speed satellite internet services. Associates are assigned to one of the four key support functions listed below.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to incoming technical support calls, emails, and tickets.

Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (e.g., power, router configuration, signal strength).

Guide clients through remote diagnostics and initial resolutions.

Escalate technical faults to engineering or field operations teams when necessary.

Log and track support cases in CRM/ticketing system.

Basic technical knowledge of internet services, routers, and Wi-Fi networks.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience in a helpdesk or ISP environment preferred.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in English and Sesotho (other languages a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems

Commitment to providing enterprise-grade service to business clients.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
